Map Clip Art Terms of Use
These terms of use apply ONLY to our MAP CLIP ART collection. All other clip art on our site is sold under our general terms of use, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
You May:
You may use these clip art maps for personal, classroom, and small business commercial use. (TeachersPayTeachers and Teachers Notebook are considered small business commercial use.)
Conditions of Use
You may not sell the clip art as is. You must use it within your own project, not as stand alone maps. Your project may not consist of more than 40% maps unless you request special permission. For example - if you have four pages containing large maps, you must have at least six pages of your own creative content. If you have a one page document, the map should be only 40% of the page content. Simply labeling a collection of maps is not considered adding your own creative content.
You do not need to provide credit for your use of these maps. If your project is heavily dependent on the artwork though, credit would be appreciated.

Please note: these are clip art maps and as such are illustrations and not professional maps made to a precise scale. They should not be used where precision-scaled maps are required.
